From titanium extrusion to hand-forged aluminum.

Since 1985, Rickard Metals has supplied specialty metals and finished and semi-finished parts to the aerospace, marine, petrochemical, medical and other industries. We are an energetic, flexible and innovative engineering company with expertise in a variety of manufacturing processes. We have supplied titanium extrusions for industrial and aerospace projects and created pump impellers from commercially pure titanium. We have used aluminum hand forging, closed-die forging, ring rolling and machining to manufacture nose cones, industrial parts, and housings for MRI machines. We have also worked with stainless and vacuum-melted steels and superalloys such as Inconel 718. Special process heat treating and testing are available upon request.
