We are currently supplying 2500 pound drill forgings produced from alloy steel for use in the petrochemical industry. The photos below depict the forgings in the “as forged” condition, rough turned condition and final machined configuration. These parts will be subjected to extreme pressure when utilized in the offshore drilling environment for which they are intended.
